PLEASE slow down driving through the subdivision. We are getting too many reports of speeding. Kids are back in school which means busses are dropping off and picking up kids multiple times morning and afternoon.
Lock the Boat Launch after use. Your Boat Launch key is for resident use only and you must be present if you have a third party remove your boat as the season comes to an end (assuming you call this summer a “season”).
Garbage receptacles (trashcans) must be stored IN your garage.
Finally, an APPROVED Alteration Modification form is required BEFORE any exterior construction or improvement, landscaping or other exterior modification (including painting) is done to your residence. Please allow several weeks for approval; depending on the nature of the modification/improvement, the Board may require additional information or ask to arrange to meet you to ensure the proposal is fully understood.
